Where can I host my event?

The Screaming Eagle can go virtually anywhere! Streets are designed for emergency vehicles and we are no exception! Many parties we attend are held at private homes, neighborhood parks, schools, and parking lots! Please don't forget about us when your party guests begin to arrive and park. During a busy day, it can be easy to forget to save a spot for us.

Can my event be held in a public place?

As long as there is enough space, we have no problem with this! Occasionally, some property owners and park districts may have additional requirements regarding larger vehicles. While reserving a venue, double check that a larger vehicle is allowed. We will do our best to meet all requirements presented.

How large is your truck?

The Screaming Eagle is roughly 30 feet long, similar to a delivery truck. Please note that as a result of the weight of the truck, as well as the fact that large vehicles can drip fluids including oil and others, we are NOT LIABLE for the condition of any surfaces or materials which may be damaged by the truck.

What area do you serve?

The Screaming Eagle is stationed out of Woodstock, Georgia and can travel throughout the state. Travel fees will be applied to all events. 

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment by cash, check to Screaming Eagle Fire Truck Events, Venmo at screamingeaglefiretruckevents, PayPal at, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Please note that a 3% service fee will be applied to credit card transactions. A non-refundable deposit is also required at the time of booking. 

Can I leave a tip for my driver?

While it is never required or expected, if you believe your service was above average, you are more than welcome to leave your driver with a tip. We strive to offer a professional experience regardless!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 5 days prior to your event. Although your deposit is non-refundable, we are happy to apply this to a future booking. If your event is cancelled with less than 5 days notice, you will be responsible for your event payment in full. This fee can also be applied to a future booking.

What are your travel fees?

Our travel fees include:

- a charge of $1 per mile fee round-trip to cover the costs of fuel for every event


-a charge of $10 per half hour for drive times exceeding one hour round-trip.

What age group do your birthday parties cater to?

While most of our birthday parties are geared towards kids ages 2, 3, 4, and 5, we are able to modify any party for any age group. Our program is very high-energy and hands on!

How many kids can you accommodate for a birthday?

While many parties we attend have 15 kids or less, we can modify our event to accommodate any number of kids and adults. Please let us know if you are expecting a large number.

Can I book your truck for multiple days?

Yes, contact us for details. 

Will you still have your events in the rain?

Yes, a little water wont stop us from having some fun! As long as it is safe to do so, we will be at your event! If your event gets rescheduled or cancelled due to weather we will be happy to work with you.
